It’s a Will Smith sci-fi summer blockbuster and suddenly everything’s right with the world again. You know the score, we’ve seen it time and again since INDEPENDENCE DAY redefined the term ‘blockbuster’ all those years ago. Since then we’ve had MEN IN BLACK, MEN IN BLACK 2, WILD WILD WEST (snigger) plus even more disposable stuff like BAD BOYS 2. You know where you are with Will; plenty of street wise attitude, fancy footwork, luxurious special effects and lots of explosions.
